Temp Cover Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions:
Do not operate the vehicle until you receive email confirmation of insurance coverage.

Vehicle status on AskMID (police database) may take approximately 24 - 72 hours to reflect accurately.
You are permitted to drive once you have received email confirmation

Mid service only with temp cover letter *Use at your own risk*

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued once the temporary insurance policy has been purchased. In the event that the insured vehicle is not listed as "green" on the Motor Insurance Database (MID) within one week of the policy start date, a 75% refund will be processed and returned to the customer. Any changes to the policy are subject to a fee of 50% of the original quoted price.

If the temporary insurance cover is found to be invalid, we will provide a 50% refund. Additionally, we offer a discount on your next purchase and assistance in covering any fines or implications incurred.

Process:
Customers are required to complete the provided form and make payment to the designated account. A temporary cover email will be delivered to their inbox within 20 minutes to a maximum of one hour.

Claims:
Any claims related to fault or non-fault incidents are not eligible under this insurance policy. Please note that this insurance is a green on mid service with a temporary cover letter and does not cover any other types of claims
