How does the process work once I’ve paid for a service?

Once payment is received, one of our team will contact you within 24–72 hours to schedule an initial Zoom consultation. This session will cover your goals, business model, and what you need help with. Within 7–10 working days, we’ll deliver a tailored step-by-step action plan to help you launch or scale your business.

What’s included in the business start-up package?

Our start-up package includes everything from company registration and logo design to WhatsApp Business setup, website launch, accountant referral, and social media setup (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Depending on the package tier, we can also help with ad accounts, branding, and automations.

Do you run my social media ads for me?

We manage and consult on your ads, but you control the ad spend. We’ll advise on budget, setup your campaigns, and help troubleshoot. You’ll need to provide us access to your Facebook Business Manager and Instagram account so we can optimise your strategy but we can help with setup if needed.

Is ad spend included in your monthly fees?

No — our fees cover strategy, management, and consulting. Your advertising budget is separate and paid directly to Facebook, Instagram, or Google. We can help guide you on how much to spend based on your goals.

What if I’m not happy with the service?

Although we don’t guarantee specific results, we have a 100% customer satisfaction rate to date. If you’re genuinely not satisfied and we’ve not delivered on what we agreed, we’re happy to discuss a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

Do you create landing pages and funnels?

Yes — we can create simple, high-converting landing pages and lead funnels to help filter out low-quality leads. We’ll make sure your ads link to the right place so you’re getting qualified enquiries, not just clicks.

How long does it take to launch my action plan?

From your initial Zoom session, we typically deliver your full action plan within 7 to 10 working days. If you’ve booked a business start-up package, this will include key setup steps, timelines, and who handles what.

Who will I be working with directly?

You’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager who understands your business inside out. They’ll be your go-to person for updates, advice, and support. We don’t pass you around between team members — we believe in 1-to-1 tailored service.
